”This is an interesting historic hotel, its like staying at a relatives house. The staff were friendly & helpful. Nice hotel. Interesting concept with your own lockable private bath in hallway. You're given robes, take slippers. The stairs going upstsirs are awful , if you have mobility issues request a 1st floor accommodation. Bed was comfy, double room w/hallway bath was perfect for us. Parking is limited , but doable. Neighborhood is historic & lil rough, but minor league baseball 2...

”The room was a nice size, breakfast was good, but you had to be there early to grab something before it was gone, the bed was comfortable. The only thing was it was loud, you could hear everything going on outside and because it was spring break, the kids were out late and it sounded like they were right outside our door. I would stay here again but I would choose a different room or stay when it's not so busy.”

”I was very impressed with the hotel- excellent value for money and good location. This is a hsitorical hotel. Does feel dated but has charm. Maybe needs a little more TLC. Howver, the room and bathroom are updated and very comfortable. The quality of the bedding was superb. My bathroom was spacious and the towels full and fluffy. ”We had a fabulous stay here! The staff was absolutely amazing with a special shout out to Omelia for being so good to us! The breakfast was perfect, we rented bikes and beach chairs complimentary from the front desk and a man was able to help with luggage up and down the stairs. There is a bar and restaurant below “The Tap Room” which made for a very convenient and entertaining end of the night cocktail. Greg and Megan were great bartenders!
