”I stayed here, but there was no lantern or scissors provided, and the lantern in my friend’s unit was broken too. So I asked for a replacement, but I was told there wasn’t one available and to just deal with it. I asked them to help resolve the issue, but all they said was to talk to the manager in the morning. I think that is very poor customer service.”

”1: The rooms do not have a mattress for a bed. They use a futon pad on a platform. These are not only very firm but extremely uncomfortable. I had 3 of the worst nights of sleep in my life, and this was a major contributing factor. They recently remodels all the rooms but cheaped out on the bed.

”I have had the experience of staying in numerous hotels previously, but unfortunately, the Stamford Suite fell short of expectations, particularly given its location in a city with a high cost of living. My disappointment was palpable. In contrast to the superior accommodations I encountered in some Third World countries, the Stamford Suite left much to be desired. Upon arrival, the front desk personnel failed to greet me, and when I expressed gratitude for the key, I wasn't acknowledged....

”This is the prettiest little place, so full of charm and welcome. The hosts, Debbie and Paul, we're so kind to us. As it was our birthday, we were greeted with apple pie and San Pellegrino and birthday wishes had a card. It was so thoughtful. The communication was extremely good and the accommodation was delightful, so full of love and care and special little touches in the decor. Short drive to mystic River and all the amenities there and the lovely high Street and aquarium. We'll definitely...
