”A spacious apartment with 4 large rooms and a bathroom. Very nicely furnished - especially den and living room. Nice appliances in kitchen. On 2nd floor so requires climbing outdoor metal steps to entryway. Parking only on the street. Overall a great value for the price.”

”Great location! Enjoyed walking by the river each morning and to a baseball game at City Island. Knead was a fabulous pizza place nearby! Easy access to freeway. Parking was convenient. Jonathan was an excellent host. Instructions were very clear and the pictures were helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. We took the smaller Murphy bed room so we would be able to use the kitchen in the morning and not wake the teen before noon. lol. Would have been nice to have more...

”When we arrived at the property, we immediately noticed the overwhelming new paint smell, but couldn't do anything to help air it out. The property itself looked nothing like the photos. The deadbolt on the front door looked as if it had been kicked in and haphazardly repaired. Some windows were painted shut, others were unable to be locked. Both of those pose a safety concern, especially in that area. There were roach traps everywhere, exposed flooring covered by carpet strips, and the futon...
