”The property was far enough from broadway to be nice and quiet. But was still close enough to walk there and back. It was clean. Rooms were huge and spacious. With everything we needed for our stay. For the price I wish the parking was included not an extra charge.”

”Very difficult to het in and out of if you're driving in. Neat old building but definitely needs a better maintenance plan. Rooms are a little beat up. No blackout curtains and portable AC in the room. Mini fridge barley works. Water pressure in shower is the best I've had in a hotel so that's a plus. Close to strip district.”

”Didn't communicate that parking would end at checkout, the "apartment" was really just a converted motel or inn room, the room was very small with no dining table or chairs, the floors were dirty, but the location is hard to beat.”

”Staff was very attentive to issues which included very noisy, unsupervised children disturbing the entire floor at 11:45 PM one night.
Our first room had a large water leak from the A/C unit by the 4th night.
Our next room had a piece broken off of the A/C but the unit worked well.
Both rooms were very clean and looked new.
Some clientele must've been very messy. The grounds and parking lot around the hotel and, sometimes, the hallways had trash part of the time. The staff obviously were kept...
