”The apartment itself was clean and consistent with the photos. If you hope to get into your unit before 4pm, good luck! Requested early check-in, told to call the day of at 1pm. Did so and told no early check in was possible and must wait to 4pm. The code that was released for access at 3:50 pm for the building and unit were wrong. Had to call management several times, as did not answer phone on first two attempts. Finally texted another code. Spoke with other renters and they all had the same...

The location was perfect, right in the center of downtown and walking distance to everything, which made it really easy to get around. The private jacuzzi in our unit was one of my favorite parts. ”There wasn’t anything I came across that needed immediate attention other than the commode tank was awfully warm the water intake was hot… I reported it, seems they may have had repair done and the hook up is wrong… they said they’d have someone come look but no one came… it wasn’t affecting our stay and I did report it. I am not going to chase that it was reported. That’s on them.”
