”The unit and amenities were as described. Some amenities were being repaired as expected with off season. The problem was at check out. I got a call as we were about an hour back home. We left and realized we had the two room keys with us, which was my fault so I turned around went back because I was going to be charged. I got there and the front desk worker said he needed the 6 rubber wrist band (usually a souvenir) or I would be charged a lot for them. I said 3 bands were on the table in the...
