”My wife and I arrived at the place and within 10 seconds Denise (the owner) happily introduced herself and made us feel at home right away! We loved the stay, it was perfect for our occasion. Well priced, clean and had everything we needed to stay comfortable! Highly recommend this place!”

”Me and my friends absolutely loved the place, the rooms were very neat and tidy, the bathroom stocked with some cute amenities, the couch and chairs were very soft (my friend rlly wanted me to mention that LOL) and i was top bunk, beds are so comfy, the one tiny tiny thing is the bath is a bit confusing and the faucet was on when we got there and we couldn’t get it to stop, but that’s not much i would totally stay again”

If you are a fan of everything vintage, then this place will not disappoint. If we are ever back in Evanston we will definitely book this place again!”

”This is an awesome place to stay for a Cubs game! Great atmoshpere! The place was comfortabel and clean. You are about 100 feet from where the players park and walk in. You can get pictures and autographs. I can't wait to go back!”

”Husband/wife/teen needed a place for a weekend stay near Northwestern. The teen slept on the couch and was comfortable. Street parking was never a problem. It IS a basement property and you can expect some noise from neighbors above, but it wasn’t overly intrusive during our stay. Host very responsive and accessible. Worked out great for our needs.”

”It's in an old Victorian house that was converted into apartments. During the 3 days of subzero temperatures the heat was excellent and I was very comfortable despite old windows. Lots of charm.”
