”2 adults, 2 kids. Very easy stay. No issues. Clean room. Clean pool. Close to pub, grocery store, etc. Not as close to the beach as I'd like...but the price reflects that IMO. You can walk but I didn't see a sidewalk...you can probably take the free trolley that's right in front of the hotel though.”

”It was nearly 80°F at night in July, yet there was no air conditioning—only an old fan that barely helped. It was extremely difficult to sleep. In addition, although checkout was at 11:00 a.m., we received a call at 10:10 a.m. urging us to leave. Overall, the facilities and service were very disappointing.”

”Our studio was spacious and well stocked with everything we might need while visiting. While the staff is offsite, they are attentive and helpful if needed. Casa Iglesia will be our new “go to” hotel while visiting Santa Barbara.”

”Everything you need is all here and very convenient. The girls liked the pool, there's a barbecue grill outside, entertainment offers, karaoke, playgrounds, and free breakfasts. The bed was really comfy. Would like to stay there again and highly recommend staying there.”
