”Good location if arriving late or leaving early, good and frequent service to the airport. I have visitited the hotel twice recently on on both visits the rooms would benefit from little paint and proper cleaning of the carpeting. ”

”We loved that there was a quick shuttle to Universal Studios, but also that it is close enough that it's under a 10 minute walk if we don't feel like waiting for the shuttle. The pool area aesthetic was cute. The rooms were very quiet and our view of the park was cool - we were able to see some fireworks from our room on the nights we left the park before the nighttime show. The staff was very helpful and friendly.”

”What a wonderful stay in beautiful Pasadena downtown. I enjoyed walking to restaurants and the Rose Bowl (2 mi). The best part of the stay was the privilege of playing the lovely grand piano in the lobby of the conference rooms. ”
