Newly Constructed, second floor, modern studio apartment conveniently located a quarter mile off Rte 13. Located 45 minutes from Chincoteague and Assateague Beaches and NASA Flight Facility. Located one hour from Kiptopeke State Park and Cape Charles Beaches. Sleeps 6 and has1 bathroom and efficiency kitchen.

The house has both downstairs and upstairs rental units with separate outdoor entrances, so if you need more space you can also check out the downstairs unit that sleeps up to 3 guests and includes a larger kitchen, oven, washer and dryer and a luxury shower. Door can be unlocked between the units to give you access to the entire house from the interior.

Great Weekend Getaway!

The apartment was very well kept, provided ample sitting space, and was spacious! I was skeptical about it being a studio type apartment with our 4 month old since there would not be really a space for him to have a quiet area, but upon arrival we seen a office room that we were able to use that had a door. Overall the unit was well stocked and provided just what we needed for our stay.

Home away from home!

The hosts were incredibly responsive, and the property was just as listed. This modern studio was perfect for my family of 4. The spacious open floor layout gave ample room for my energetic 5 and 7 year old to move about. There were even secret hideaways, games and movies for the kiddos which made traveling with small children a bit easier. While great for families, it’s also quaint and cozy for an adults trip. I loved waking up before everyone else to have coffee alone on the deck! Great central location to explore the eastern shore. 10/10 would recommend!

We liked the easy access off the highway. Clean and quiet. We didn’t like that it was a little far from chincoteague island. 30 miles back and forth and we had to get up extra early for the pony swim so made us to tired to drive back and forth. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. Thanks

Overnight stay

The apartment is exactly as pictured and described in the listing. This has to be one of the loveliest rentals we have ever stayed at! The apartment was clean and smelled amazing: I would love to know what they used to make it smell so wonderful. The beds were incredibly comfortable , so much so we slept later than we planned. Even with all the sleeping areas used, we found the apartment spacious. As a family of 5 we never have enough towels, our hosts made sure to leave extra towels for us. The towels were not those scratchy ones most places include, they were thick luxurious towels. We appreciated the thoughtfulness. Our hosts thought of everything! They left a book with area information and recommendations. They also supplied us with toiletries incase we forgot anything, water in the fridge and everything we would need for morning coffee. I cannot thank them enough for all the little extras they included.

First Class!

First class property, first class hosts, first class area. Everything was great, from the hosts to the location, to the area. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit the Eastern Shore. Accomack is centrally located, more or less, from Cape Charles to Chincoteague, and a perfect spot to explore all the shore has to offer. The property was immaculate, and you couldn't ask for better hosts!

A germophobes dream!

Clean, clean and did I mention clean? Everything looked new and the bed was comfy too! The owner checked in via email a few times to be sure we arrived and had everything we needed! Excellent stay. great getaway

self supported bicycle tour of the eastern shore with planned visit to Tangier Island. Host was great!!! Early check in (cycle in early morning to avoid heat) and when weather changed our plans she assisted us in planning. Would recommend to all. Property just as described, clean and easily accessible.
