I have stayed at this facility multiple times to the point I know most of the staff by their name. The only thing that makes me come back is the convenience to the hotel.
But I have to say the service at this hotel is deteriorating by the days it’s incredible how everything is a mess.
You always have to call for something. If it’s not toiletries missing, it’s the cleaning not showing up unless you call, it’s the laundry bags that aren’t in the rooms.
And for a newly renovated hotel,the walls in some of the rooms are so filthy: it’s just so sad.
And now let’s come to the kitchen. When you order food, plan for an average wait time of 90 minutes and that if you are lucky they bring everything you order.
Staying at this hotel is a constant frustration. I have decided after my patience being tested over and over again, to never lodge at this facility ever again when am in Ghana.
