”The hotel staff was wonderful, breakfast was complimentary every morning. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool but the upstairs was very beautiful and the view was awesome. When the rain was pouring hard the light does go off but this hotel have a back of generator so you don’t have to worry about that being off for a long time. I enjoy everything about this hotel, and will be my go to hotel every time I visit”

”Good value for money Hotel in central Accra, close to all ministries and business districts. The room was actually good size and bed comfortable. Lots of meeting rooms for seminars. Amenities (Pool and Gym) are decent. Staff was friendly, and the manager was willing to improve things when highlighted (more linen in the bathroom for example).”

”Overall it's a nice hotel, rooms are comfortable, breakfast was good and the pool is really nice. I was a bit disappointed by the fact that the elevators were small and usually busy (not great during the coronavirus pandemic) and by the fact that the staff quoted me an incorrect rate on car rental, only correcting the rate 2 hours before the rental was supposed to start (making it substantially more expensive, and importantly, shifting it from cheaper than a private rental to more expensive)....

”I booked a deluxe double room and prepaid. When I checked in there was an extremely foul stench coming from the bathroom and into the room. I was told it had something to do with the rain and the drains. It was unbearable, and they gave me a spray but that did nothing as I was spraying every few minutes to the point that the spray ran out. I then was asked to move to another room, but the room I was moved to was the only one available which was a smaller room, and it too had the same foul...

”I liked the room set up. I didn't like the fact that there was no robe in the closet. I also found a tiny cockroach in the the bathroom. Hopefully it's just a one off incident. Otherwise infestation must be checked for. Thanks”

”there were a few issues with things not working in the room, like the phone, toaster, microwave. Then the toilet wasn't flushing. i had to be moved to another room. that was inconvenient and took time from my exploration time. my room key stopped working several times and i kept having to get it reactivated. that was very annoying. otherwise it's a nice place to stay and the staff were nice. i really appreciated having a nice apartment to myself.”

”Some of the staff were very helpful while others were extremely argumentative. My guests & I felt that there were many inconveniences including the elevator not working, requiring us to climb many flights of steps to our room, and varying water damage throughout our room itself.”
