”I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the service to the facilities. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the location in the heart of Oxford Street made it very convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing”

”Good value for the reasonable price, central location, comfortable bed, and fresh fruit in the morning. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very easy to stay in this place. Was quiet and not crowded.”

”Good value for money Hotel in central Accra, close to all ministries and business districts. The room was actually good size and bed comfortable. Lots of meeting rooms for seminars. Amenities (Pool and Gym) are decent. Staff was friendly, and the manager was willing to improve things when highlighted (more linen in the bathroom for example).”

”Overall it's a nice hotel, rooms are comfortable, breakfast was good and the pool is really nice. I was a bit disappointed by the fact that the elevators were small and usually busy (not great during the coronavirus pandemic) and by the fact that the staff quoted me an incorrect rate on car rental, only correcting the rate 2 hours before the rental was supposed to start (making it substantially more expensive, and importantly, shifting it from cheaper than a private rental to more expensive)....

”Clean experience. Sharp lines and designing is superb”

”It was a lovely stay that I had at Urbano Hotel - a beautifully and clean hotel with very warm and helpful staff. If I visit Accra again, Urbano will still be my choice.”

”Good location with helpful staff and everything needed for a pleasant stay - pool, gym, courts, bar with decent menu. The rooms are comfortable. The hotel is used a lot for conferencs and delegations, which may distract some leisure visitors.”

”Staff”

”Nice place with a lot of potential. Staff were very friendly. However, there is room improvement. The pool was green and unusable. We had 3 apartments between 5 of us. We had to go through everything to find enough cutlery, plates and a tiny pot to be able to cook anything. Had hot water only twice. There are dishwashers and a washing machine but none of them are connected. Air-conditioning worked well. Great position in Osu - can walk everywhere.”

” Roaches in the room”

”Room needs proper renovation”

”The place is in the middle of a bustling street; the fish room I got was so noisy with the music and cars from the streets below; had to have to changed a different one with a better sound control; the facility itself was overpriced compared to others”

”Cold A?C, Good shower and bed was comfortable. No frills and a good night sleep in a quiet location.”

”Hotelli vilkkaan kadun varrella ja liikenteen ym. äänet kuuluvat helposti. Talo kauniisti kalustettu, kuten ruokailutilat, seinät ym. Huone pienehkö, mutta ac toimi ja pesuhuone. Lisäksi jääkaappi hyvä lisä. Suihku toimi. Henkilökunta hyvin avulias, mutta kaikki eivät ymmärtäneet pyyntöjä, esim. aamiaisesta. Muuten apua sai. Kahden hengen huoneessa on yleensä pyyhe vain yhdelle ja toista sai odottaa aamuun asti. Lähistöllä bussiasema ja lähetystöjä. Ruokapaikkoja runsaasti. ”

”We couldn’t enter the front entrance , the gate was padlocked . We drove past three times until someone directed us to enter through the parking garage. We got to the reception area there had chains and a large lock preventing anyone from entering the main entrance. It made me very uncomfortable. The room was nice but first impression has the greatest impact.”
