âI honestly donât even know where to begin with how disappointing this stay was. From the moment I walked in, it was clear the place hadnât been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time. The sofas were covered in stains that made it impossible to sit comfortably, and even the ceilings had visible marks and discoloration, which is something you donât expect to noticeâbut unfortunately, I did.

âDecent hotel in Accra we used as an overnight stop flying out of the nearby international airport. It is also walking distance to the mall - few blocks. The facility was clean as well as the rooms. Outdoor pool lacked maintenance. Staff not especially friendly, but maybe language or cultural thing with foreigners staying.â

âThe airport pickup took more than 30 minutes despite repeated calls and was followed by a check in that was even longer. The hotel public areas were badly maintained, the restaurant and breakfast options were poor and none of the gym machines were working on the first day I went up to use them.â

âThe place was not clean .there was no towels, soap,toilet paper. We have to ask then brought us soap without the rest so we went to get our own. The room was full of cockroaches in the kitchen. Ac was not working well. The bathroom was smelling so bad.customer service was very bad as if they are doing us a favor instead. wouldn't stay at this place. You can get a better option.â
