"Rooms are a bit aged. Dining in the hotel was superior but very expensive. Breakfast is also recommendable. You absolutely need a car to go anywhere, the close by Tarbert is a nice fishing village."

"Staff a bit tricky re booking tables to eat. Reception didn’t say a thing but I felt like we got into trouble trying to get dinner. Just a heads up to anyone - book a table. Food and venue was beautiful all the same."
