Terrible information and communications was through third party

No instructions on how to operate air conditioning when temp outside was 34 degrees. Had to get advice from others in aircon trade to operate. WiFi was not available unless you had an android device. Passwords and wifi details not given or were incorrect. Toilet seat was Brocken. Water pressure in shower was non existent. Overall experience was one of the most disappointing and horrible stays we have ever had.
