The Space:

This refined one-bedroom unit features a comfortable queen bed and accommodates up to two guests, ideal for couples or business travellers seeking a well-appointed city stay.

The unit includes a private bathroom with a clean, streamlined layout that ensures comfort and privacy. Though compact in size, the space is thoughtfully proportioned, creating a balanced and comfortable living environment.

While there is no full kitchen, the unit is equipped with essential amenities including a small fridge, electric kettle and toaster, suitable for light breakfasts or simple meals. For guests who plan to explore the city and dine out, it offers a convenient and effortless urban base.



Guest Access:

Please be aware that public facilities may occasionally be unavailable due to unexpected or scheduled maintenance organized by the building manager. Unfortunately, as your host, I do not receive timely notifications or updates regarding these maintenance activities.

Adelaide Central Market and Chinatown are just 5 minutes’ walk, while Victoria Square is approximately 7 minutes on foot, connecting you to the free city tram services.

Rundle Mall and the main CBD shopping precinct are around 15 minutes’ walk away.

Major cultural attractions along North Terrace, including the Art Gallery, South Australian Museum and State Library, are within 20 minutes’ walk.

Other nearby landmarks such as Her Majesty’s Theatre, Adelaide Town Hall and South Parklands are all easily accessible on foot, making it convenient to enjoy the city without relying on transport.

Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.



Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.



Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.



Guest Verification: You may be required to provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in for verification purposes.



Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.



Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.



Welcome Amenities & Supplies: We provide a small welcome amenity pack to help you settle in comfortably at the start of your stay. For longer stays, or if additional items are needed beyond what is provided, guests are kindly requested to purchase these at their own expense.
