We weren't provided with the check-in info email as was promised.
When we arrived there was no one to attend the front office and no one was picking up the calls either.
The voicemail says "To leave a message please call again "..seriously??
I had to message Expedia chat line, which I believe was overseas but the other accommodation they offered me was 20kms away, which we couldn't do at that time of the night.
Somehow I found another mobile number, rang and left a message. Luckily they called back. They weren't even sure which room we were supposed to be in. Then they said just go to room 4 and gave us the key code to obtain the room key.
The whole check-in process was pathetic.
To make it worse the heater in the room wasn't functioning well so we had to sleep in the cold for 2 nights.
Will not recommend this accommodation to anyone and suggest Expedia do its own research on properties before listing them on their site.
