The ground floor centres around an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space filled with natural light. Comfortable lounge seating and a TV create a relaxed atmosphere for movie nights and slow afternoons indoors, while the eight-seater dining table encourages shared meals and easy entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample bench space, cookware, dinnerware, and a Nespresso coffee machine, making everyday dining feel effortless. Large sliding doors extend the space outdoors to a spacious backyard with lawn areas, outdoor dining, and a Weber BBQ, creating the perfect setup for casual afternoons and family gatherings.

Located downstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, mirrored built-in robes, and a private ensuite with a shower, vanity, and toilet. Upstairs, two queen bedrooms provide comfortable and stylish retreats, while the fourth bedroom features a tri-bunk bed and a dedicated kids’ corner. A second living area upstairs includes a sofa, bean bag seating, and a TV, giving children a cosy place to relax at the end of the day.

The main bathroom includes both a bath and separate shower, while the separate laundry with a washer, dryer, and ironing facilities adds extra convenience for longer stays. Ducted heating and cooling throughout keeps the home comfortable year-round, and secure garage parking is available.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
