Welcome to The Arlington. This modern house has been comfortably styled with your comfort in mind. Set in a quiet street, you’ll feel right at home here. The house is perfectly situated so that you can truly enjoy the best that Adelaide has to offer.
Upon arrival at The Arlington you’ll immediately feel comfortable with our modern furnishings, finishes and decor. Enter our house via a state of the art electronic keypad, for ease of access 24 hours. We have garaged, undercover parking for one vehicle on site.

Our open plan kitchen, living and dining is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV, cooking up a storm or cosying up on the couch with a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee and a ‘can’t put it down’ book. There is a second sitting room with work desk for your convenience.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including a gas cooktop, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils and wine glasses! Take a seat in our dining area and entertain in style with our 6 seater dining, or alternatively our sofa is perfect for relaxing with friends.

Our house has three bedrooms. The master and third bedroom have queen sized beds, comfortable bedding, vintage wash linens and blinds. A third bedroom has a double bed. There are built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms if you need to store any clothes.

There is a cosy ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, under basin storage and towel rails. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, separate toilet, vanity and under basin storage. Laundry facilities are available with a washing machine and dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes horse.

You’ll be delighted at every turn by the natural elements and unique styling of this house. Come and stay awhile and enjoy this masterpiece all to yourself, we would love to have you.

Guests will have private access to the entire three bedroom house during their stay including private courtyard. Off street car parking is available on site for one vehicle.

This is a private house ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON`T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
If you want to leave your luggage before checking-in or after you check-out, there are affordable luggage services available in the area. We will provide you with these details upon booking.

No smoking
No parties or events

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
