This is a two-level, three-bedroom apartment featuring one king bed, one queen bed and two single beds, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. It is well suited for family holidays or group stays with friends.

These spaces provide a pleasant setting to enjoy city views and unwind during your stay. Adelaide University, University SA and TAFE are all very close with secondary education zoning for Adelaide High School. Public transport options are easily accessible with the tram, Adelaide Train Station and major bus stops all nearby.



Getting Around:

The apartment is well positioned for exploring Adelaide on foot or by public transport.

Hutt Street is just a 5-minute walk away, offering a vibrant selection of cafés, restaurants and daily essentials in a relaxed, village-style setting.



Bus stops S1 and H1 are approximately 3 minutes’ walk, connecting you to the free City Connector (99A & 99C) services, which loop around the CBD and North Adelaide, stopping at major attractions and shopping areas.



Adelaide Central Market and Chinatown are around 14 minutes on foot.



Rundle Mall can be reached in 20 minutes’ walk or 15 minutes via the free 99A bus.

Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.



Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.



Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.



Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.



Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.



Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
