”The rooms were very clean, beds were super comfy. Hotel was very nice. Things I didn't like: they only offered pay breakfast. Expensive pay breakfast at that. As much as the rooms are, I wish they included breakfast. In the room, the bathroom door doesn't offer a lot of privacy. It's a sliding barn style door so it doesn't fully close. Traveling with family so we didn't love that. The washer and dryer were $4 each load, each machine. $8 to wash and dry my son's lacrosse uniform. Staff were...

The housekeeping head, Liz, went out of her way to retrieve my father's outfit and wallet when we left it after checkout. She promptly called me and left it with the reception when she found it. ”The bad first, the bathrooms could have been cleaner and the reception could have been more helpful. The bathrooms were obviously not well maintained, there was pink mold on the corners of the shower and crumbs of things in the sink. The room was otherwise clean. There was a master switch for the room and nothing works until you turn it on. Fine, but the reception should have said so, it was on a piece of paper they hand you at check in, but who reads a whole print out before turning on the...

”I was in Washington D.C. for a business trip and was very happy with my stay here. The hotel was conviniently located near a metro stop from where I was able to easily get to the city center and to Dulles airport.”
