”We had a great stay! The breakfast buffet was amazing, room was super nice and all the offerings at the lodge - from morning coffee, to an ice cream parlor visit after the hot tubs were excellent. We hope to go back one day!”

”We stayed at Friends Lake Inn hoping for a relaxing getaway, but this visit was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the hotel was completely empty — no staff at the front desk, no note or key left for us, and no response to calls or texts. After waiting, we had no choice but to find and check ourselves into an unoccupied room.
Additionally, none of the usual amenities were available: the restaurant and bar were not operating. The next morning, a staff member admitted they had “forgotten” to leave...
