”The room was dirty. Internet and tv were not working. It didn’t look like the pictures. I asked for clean towels and another room. The attendant was unsympathetic and said the hotel was booked. I would’ve requested a refund but I got the hotel in the evening and it would’ve been near impossible to get a refund and another decent place. Never going back.”
