”Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”

”The bed sheets were dirty and even had hair in them my original room I could not have cause it had a water leak in the floor of some sort. Then two days after I’m in the second room I wake up in the morning to water all over the floor. I told front desk and left for 12 hours when I came back there was no change. I checked out immediately and forfited the money I had already paid for the rest of the week. No rembursment. Bad experience ”

”The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom.”
