”I had reserved a 3 night stay. Living in New York I had no idea of the area, but it was Tampa and it was very near Busch Gardens. The area is a ghetto and not very welcoming. I didn't even get out of the car when I arrived at the hotel. I called the hotel to cancel and was told I had to cancel through Expedia. I contacted Expedia and was told I had to cancel through the hotel. I was charged for all three nights and never entered the building but did contact both the hotel and Expedia. I...

”Die zimmer sind ausreichend groß aber es wurde schon lange nichts mehr dort gemacht. Von außen wirkt die unterkunft recht unscheinbar, aber die zimmer sind ziemlich alt und leider auch nicht richtig sauber. Ablageflächen beispielsweise sind voll mit staub. Das bad war grundsätzlich in ordnung. Das personal (ich glaube es ist mutter und tochter) ist sehr freundlich.”

”The room was mostly clean, however the comforters on both beds had cigarette holes in them.. in the non smoking room. We also did have a roach in our room but it was only one. This was a clubbing night so we didn't stay here long. The shower did get very hot and was nice though.”

”Hallways and common spaces were disturbingly dirty. carpet was slick with filth, I walked in hallway for a trip downstairs and when i returned my slippers were so dirty the damp bathroom floor turned black with dirt. The room was modestly clean, and most spaces appeared the staff was trying, but its nasty overall. I would suggest either removing the laquinta name or starting a renovation tomorrow. ”

”We stand there 2 times and there was 5 of us both times. We had to us the couch bed both times. My thing is I don’t understand why I have to go down to the desk to ask for bedding for the couch bed.
