”GREAT LOCATION TO STAY IN TAMP, WE WENT TO BUSCH AND ADVENTURE ISLAND, JUST 2 MINUTES AWAY OR LESS.
ALSO WENT TO RIVERWALK, ONLY 15 MINUTES AWAY.
PLEANTY OF CONVENIENT AND RESTAURANTS NEARBY.

”This property is very close to bush gardens, i think it only took 3 mins to drive there. They offer free breakfast and also have a gym, pool and hot tub. Safe area with some food options near by.”
”Location to property is excellent if you’re planning to go to Busch gardens or that area. House is okay for a short stay. However, place needs a bit more cleaning. Towels were wore down and smelled! Only 1 tv in the whole place. ”
”We stayed at this Fairfield for two reasons, 1) I personally prefer Marriott Courtyards or Fairfields for their cleanliness and hassel free stays. 2) This visit was out of necessary due to a home a/c failure and we were able lock a fair and affordable rate for two rooms within issue on short notice. 3) This location had a wonderful complimentary breakfast which was plentiful and not purposely reduced or nonexistent at other competitors. ”I was there for a wedding. Very nice venue.
The food was good. The suite was a great size. The rooms need updating. Bathroom should have 2 sinks. Outdoor French doors are worn. Need to be replaced. It would be nice to have a screen at the French doors so you can keep the doors open.”
