Staff was nice, hotel had character and was very antique. We loved our stay the only isses we had were...1.the small window in the bathroom that everyone can see you through at night. No shade or cover for it. 2.mosquitos took over our room because they had the balcony door open at arrival. Sleeping with lots of mosquitos was not fun 3. The balcony had a small doily curtain that did not cover it all the way and was sheer. The curtain that when over that was super sheer. Our room was visable from the street. Made it hard to change and such.

We loved our stay at this beautiful little hotel. Our room was basic but very clean, with fresh towels and bed linen every day. The breakfast box was excellent value. The location is perfect for exploring the town and a short walk from the port and bus terminal. We found the staff friendly and welcoming.

A hotel not like many others! Full of character and charm so you can’t expect a 300 year old building to feel like a Marriott. But everything was extremely clean and what didn’t quite function as it might, didn’t really matter that much. Didn’t go for the breakfast box arrangement but it looked quite a picnic. Extremely helpful staff and a great location less than two minutes from the classic Greek island style port.I liked it! One beef which I’m still trying to figure out. On my first night, there was one hell of a party happening on the roof terrace till 00.45. Proper shrieking! Completely out of context with the hotel in particular and the island in general. What was that all about?

Thank you sir for expressing all these positive comments for us. We are really sorry for the noise of that night. It was the first time we permitted to a group make celebration on rooftop. They were filming a film, and that night they reviled there work at first and then celebrated there. We stayed upstairs with the group and we tried the music not be loud So we are really sorry for bothering you. Best regards,Drosos

Very charming B&B type of hotel. Very centrally located - you can walk everywhere. The staff (special mention) for the new owner were excellent - gave lots of advice on where to eat, what to see, etc.

Hôtel parfaitement situé en ville et à 5 mn du port. Chambres propres très typiques, la déco est très originale et ancienne. Très bon accueil. Petit déjeuner très copieux et de qualité.

No era lo que esperaba
El personal era muy acogedor, sin embargo el hotel no merece 4 estrellas, 1 y mucho es… el baño no tenía mampara, en general muy antigua la habitación y con bastantes desperfectos.

Already planning our return!
You’ve not been to Aegina until you’ve stayed here. The building is STUNNING but more importantly the service is incredible. Such friendly front of house, with recommendations on where to eat, where to beach, etc. When we left a day early (purely because something we had tried to Book on the mainland came up with availability) the receptionist was so lovely and fought us to try to refund the night even though we insisted on paying for it. He then gave us lots of local produce as well as an incredible breakfast box! Such a home away from home and already planning our return to Aegina and more specifically to this incredible humble guesthouse!

Recommendable!
I had a very pleasant stay at this cosy hotel. The house is old and charming, the staff is incredibly friendly, and my room was in good condition. If you don't expect luxury, this is a great place to stay in the middle of town. Recommended!

The hotel’s ground is beautiful & peaceful. The room is a bit dated but it has an old world charm. Although the room is a bit small, it was fine for 1 night. It may feel cramped if you stay for several nights. The staffs were very kind and the breakfast box that they provided in the morning for 1 person is enough for 2 people

Expérience authentique
Nous avons passé deux nuits dans l'établissement. Maison typique avec beaucoup de caractère, bien entretenue et qui a participé à l'immersion dans l'ambiance de l'île. Petit déjeuner très bon et généreux (café, jus de fruits, yaourt et fruits secs, œuf, pâtisseries locales salées et sucrées, beurre, miel et confiture) pré-emballé individuellement. Localisation centrale, proximité +++ du port (5-6 minutes de marche pour rejoindre le ferry). Personnel très agréable, prêt à donner tous les conseilles nécessaires. Seul bémol, les fenêtres donnent vers la rue et nous avons entendu les scooters passer toute la nuit, mais avec une paire de bouchons d'oreilles ça fait l'affaire. En conclusion, nous la recommandons fortement pour ceux qui souhaitent avoir une expérience authentique et nous remercions l'équipe pour cet agréable séjour.

Super lokalt og centralt belligende hotel
Vi mødte de mest hjælpsomme og imødekommende mennesker på hotellet. Alt fungerede perfekt og vi nød opholdet i fulde drag. Hotellet ligger lidt væk fra alt støjen på havnen (der er dog en kirke ved siden af - der gør opmærksom på, når klokken er 6.30)
