Kitchen Amenities
The Lodge features two fully equipped kitchens, stocked with refrigerators, ovens, stovetops, microwaves, dishwashers, coffee makers, cookware, bakeware, servingware, utensils, glasses, and essential cooking tools.

Starter Supplies
We provide starter quantities of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, and basic cleaning supplies. Guests staying longer should plan to replenish supplies as needed.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet and the other suites. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for both the Inn and the Garden Suite for easy and secure access to the home.

Additionally, note that you can access the Garden Suite through the stairs in the Inn, which lead down to same hallway you can use if coming into the Garden Suite directly.

• Quiet hours are 10 PM – 10 AM
• Outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum during these hours
• Voices, music, and fire pit gatherings should be respectful of nearby homes and other guests on the property

Noise Guidelines

• Outdoor music must remain low volume at all times
• No amplified outdoor sound after 10 PM
• Small personal Bluetooth speakers are permitted if they do not disturb others

Events & Gatherings

• Events and parties require prior approval
• Larger gatherings are only permitted when coordinated in advance to ensure compliance with local expectations and to avoid impacting other guests on the estate

• Parking is located in a shared gravel lot near the Inn
