Great Stay With Our Boat and Beloved Pet
Enjoyed our stay! The house was very nice, updated, and clean. Loved the location, back porch, dock for our boat, and that I could bring my Corgi. He enjoyed his first time on our boat! The only issue that we had was when we arrived the Utility Trash Can was FULL by the Road. So, we had no where to place our kitchen trash over our 4 day stay. We hope to come back to stay soon. Thank you!

We loved the cabin it was clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was peaceful and gave my family and I a chance to slow down and refresh and reconnect. We got to watch the wild life and we where going to try and fish just kept raining, but the whole weekend was fantastic!!

Cozy and lovely home!
We had a wonderful time at this vacation rental! There were two couples, and there was plenty of space. We also each had our own private bathrooms, which is a big deal! The home was well-stocked, however, there were no cookie/baking sheets, so plan accordingly. The neighborhood is quiet and well-kept. We had one very minor issue with one of the toilets, and it was fixed very quickly. And on New Year's Eve, at that! The owner was very responsive and very easy to work with! Overall, it was a wonderful time at a cozy home! We would highly recommend it!

Comforts of Home at the Lake
This house is in the perfect setting for a lake getaway. It was a treat being so close to the water and we spent hours relaxing and enjoying the surroundings from the dock as well as the back deck. We did wish the back property was less overgrown near the fire pit - we would have spent more time in that area as well. The home is comfy and clean with fun lake decor. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utencils, and we had several meals there. The living/dining/kitchen area has plenty of space and comfortable seating and made for a great place to relax and visit. And when we did leave the property, it was an easy drive to area attractions and restaurants.

Quick weekend trip
This was the 2nd time staying at this location, and again, it did not disappoint. It’s a great location about 10-15 minutes away from the dock we used and is very easy to get to. Looking forward to future visits.

Supreme, clean, cozy lake house!
This owner has done their homework with regard to guest requirements. First off, location, location location always important. Four senior adults enjoyed this stay immensely. Everything was just as described in the briefing and we wanted for nothing. Lake access to the dock was good, slight slope to the waterline. Fishing was about two weeks away but our guys enjoyed it anyway. Two bedroom two bath with all appointments needed. And did I mention clean, this unit was superior clean, very accommodating, and a close drive to town. Already planning our next adventure, and definitely will stay here, already checking out the calendar for 2024,

Cozy ranch off the beaten path
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath ranch was cozy and as described. Nice deck for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Things to do within a few miles. Located in a cove so fairlty quiet. Because it is in the cove, you can't see the lake from back deck, but you do have access to the lake if you bring a boat.

Darling cottage home! Quiet neighborhood with lake access. The home was so cute and the floor plan with 2 bedrooms with an en-suite in each worked perfect for two couples. My only issue was the the closet in one of the bedrooms was used as storage, & I mean packed which left no place to hang clothes, and that was very disappointing. I expect a closet that is accessible! Also, even though the interior was as shown the exterior has been painted a different color, which made it confusing to find, and the pictures on VRBO did not show the construction taking place on the home. I suggest you update pictures because that was a unexpected! Otherwise, we did enjoy our stay!

Nice roomy property with about everything you would want including a boat dock in a calm cove.
Everything was great except the ice maker in the fridge didn't work even after flipping the bar up and down and leaving it down all night. Kind of a bummer we had to drink drinks without ice and go buy a couple of bags.

Stayed here for my Family Reunion on Grand Lake June/July 2022. This home is conveniently located on Monkey Island in a quiet neighborhood close to Shangri-La Resort. The home is in the midst of renovations but it was spotless. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Large deck out back for relaxing and enjoying "Lake Life". I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Thank you for opening your home. The place was absolutely perfect for our family of four. We took in some fishing off the dock and enjoyed watching the Final Four on Saturday. Monkey Island is a wonderful area and we’ll certainly be back!
