The property is set over 2 floors and includes two apartments, each with living rooms featuring a sofa bed and bunk bed for 4 people, well-equipped kitchens, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (ideal for video calls), air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, and a baby cot.



The two apartments are on separate floors within the same building and are not connected internally. The ground floor accommodates 4 guests, the first floor 6 guests.



Outside, you have a private space with a garden and barbecue, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. There are 2 parking spaces in the courtyard, or you can park for free on the street if you prefer to avoid the uphill walk. Pets are welcome.



In winter, a pellet stove is available; pellets can be provided by the owner for an extra fee. Air conditioning is included. Breakfast is available and can be requested upon arrival.



Daily cleaning service is available on request and can be arranged directly with the owner via the booking platform.



Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Late check-in must be agreed with the owner in advance and is subject to an extra fee.



For guests without their own vehicle, scooter and car rental services are available on site.
