Everything is lovely and clean, staff, for the most part are pleasant and professional - I say for the most part - on our latest visit, we ordered a wine spritzer and specified soda, not lemonade and a half pint of pepsi. We got a spritzer with lemonade and a full pint of pepsi but it was soon sorted. We have had 4 different rooms out of the 5 that there are, and only one of them was what I would class as too small even for a standard...

”We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again.”

”Lovely apartment with great location to worcester race course. My only issue would be parking we couldn’t get any of the links to load and parking on the streets are permit only. Eventually loaded the links for parking and parked in the pub next door brought a drink and put my reg in the pub. Hopefully we wont get a fine. ”

”Parking can be a problem if arriving later in the evening. Follow instructions given by owners. Breakfast is great staff friendly and helpful. Keep entry instructions handy as had a little trouble finding codes. Rooms 7 and 8 are not where you'd think !”

”Very friendly greeting on arrival, super clean room with air conditioning which was very welcome during this very hot weather. Comfortable bed and good shower pressure. Good selection of food for breakfast and free parking. What’s not to like!”

”Gorgeous lodge that is really remote that it feels like a little private area. Very clean, close to other food places. Hot tub so lovely and warm. Nicely fenced off or closed off with hedges.”

”Mijn 2de keer dat ik heb een overnachting geboekt hier. Mooi schoon kamers. Geweldig pub met lokaal bieren. Geweldig eigenaar en medewerkers. Heel vriendelijke lokale mensen en 5 minuten lopen van het stad centrum. Engels ontbijt van de hoogste niveau voor 9 1/2 pond. Mooi beer garden en gratis parkeren voor gasten. Top top locatie en niet duur.”

”Very friendly staff all round .The hotel needs a bit updating stairs to room ,we stayed in Apple blossom room which was spacious with a large bathroom .Mini fridge in room with fresh milk nice touch .The room was comfortable in the heatwave ,with a fan included . Felt the detail of cleaning could of been better ( big cobweb under window and handbasin cracked and behind the taps could of done with a clean ) The setting and surroundings really make this hotel a good find .Breakfast served by...

”We had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection. A special mention goes to Rachel at the bar, who was friendly, professional, and made our evenings enjoyable with her warm conversation. The lady at reception was also lovely and provided us with all the information we needed on arrival. All the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout our stay.
