”Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, modern und lädt einfach zum Entspannen ein. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Sauberkeit. Ein großes Lob geht an das gesamte Personal. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren ausnahmslos freundlich, herzlich und immer aufmerksam. ”I would not agree with the hotel having 5 stars, I think it is a proper 4 star hotel. They lie about having a gym and a sauna: the gym is a 3x3 meters room that has 2 machines and that is it, useless to be honest, while the sauna is only accessible if you take a massage, which costs 80-500 eur depending on the massage. ”Overall, the property is beautiful and the staff was very nice! I wish there were more amenities because it became quite boring after multiple days on the resort. We purchased the Cool Running package which I didn’t feel was necessary. Our room came with swim up pool. However, the pool was extremely dirty and had to call multiple times for it to be clean.
