Blue Horizon Thea is a stunning two-story villa with breathtaking sea views, set in a tranquil environment just 800 meters from Triopetra beach on the southern coast of Crete. This exceptional villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and is surrounded by private stone courtyards, verdant green spaces, and ample parking. The villa boasts an expansive outdoor area featuring a large private swimming pool and a separate children's pool, sun loungers, a pergola, an outdoor dining area, and a portable barbecue grill.

Triopetra beach is located approximately 47 km south of Rethymno and 12 km southeast of the village of Akoumia. It comprises two beaches separated by a small peninsula.

Akoumia village, just 10 km away from the villa, offers several cafes, fruit and vegetable shops, a butcher, and a mini-market where you can stock up on your favorite food, beverages, and essential items.
