Spectacular villa designed by a renowned Italian architect, located 50 meters above sea level, offering breathtaking views of the horizon and the Strait of Bonifacio. Built around a central patio with a centuries-old olive tree creating a charming inner courtyard, the stone structure develops in a circle, reminiscent of an ancient nuraghe.



Within a meticulously maintained 1,500 sqm garden with Mediterranean plants, you will find a pool of over 100 sqm carved into the rock and lined with natural sand and resin, featuring sinuous, organic lines. Next to the pool there is a covered wooden terrace with a bar area, a second outdoor shower and an external bathroom. On the west side, a second covered terrace hosts a large granite table with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue.



The villa can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms: on the ground floor, a living room with fireplace, indoor dining room with kitchen and office, a suite with double bed and private bathroom with bathtub, 3 double bedrooms with a double bathroom, and a small room with bunk beds; on the lower floor, 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms and an additional outdoor shower.



Amenities include air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, laundry, self check-in, 3 private parking spaces and additional street parking. Pets are allowed. Events are not permitted. The staff is available daily for pool maintenance, technical assistance and gardening. Daily cleaning service, kitchen staff and car and golf cart rental are available for an extra fee. Please do not open locked rooms or furniture and report any issues or damages immediately. Maximum privacy and security: access only for residents/accredited guests and 24-hour security service.
