”I had a great staying at Hotel Santo Stefano. The staff is absolutely wonderful; I travelled by public transport and they came to pick me up and take me back to the bus stop. The rooms are very spacious and confortable. The hotel has got a restaurant which is very handy when you have spent a day at the Archive and you are too tired to go out. ”A true gem! Rooms are on the small side but absolutely comfortable and tasteful. Newly renovated with quality materials. The bathroom was spotless, a very nice size, shower with both oversized and handheld shower heads. Climate control was great: so quiet you could not hear the AC was on! Rooms are quiet and matress so comfortble that I overslept and missed breakfast! However, they insisted on offering me some coffee or juice. Very nice staff. Free parking on premises. Will definitely be back if...

”Had a lovely stay, the village is cozy and has good services. Also the hotel itself is a historical site, so definitely worth exploring! We had a car (which I think is almost a must since it is a bit of a drive to Florence for instance), the parking was free so that was a huge plus. Also the location is perfect to explore whole Tuscany. We drove to Pisa and the cost as well as the surroundings. Great stay!”
