âRoom was clean, staff was courteous and helpful. Only complaint was I was charged $50 to a card on arrival although I'd paid in full months before arrival date for "incidentals", which I wasn't told about prior, but it refunded within a couple days after checking outâ

âCheck in was a delight. Had a familiar friendly and professional staff behind front desk. Unfortunatelu when checking out in the next morning, case was opposite, receptionist was unpolite and not at all customer friendly. And breakfast buffet was empty. Still once again nice stay.â
