” I stayed at the hotel and forgot my wife’s jacket in the closet. I called hours after leaving to arrange for someone to pick it up. They said it was not in the bedroom, which makes me think they kept it. I won’t stay there again due to the bad service and perceived lack of loyalty.”

”The entire front desk staff was super friendly and had great customer service, especially Valerie! The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside is the rooms don’t have microwave. Which can be an inconvenience for long term stays. ”

”This was a very negative experience for us. Checked in ok, property wasn't great but looked serviceable. Looks can be deceiving! NO hot water. The front desk made excuses for threecdays. Found out another guest had been there for two weeks and the same issue. They were also told the repair was working on it. Or that is JUST went back out. Lies, lies and more lies. If the water had been fixed in a normal amount of time I could understand but the other probles were more noticeable due to this...

The hotel room however, had a broken and loud fan in the bathroom, outlets did not work and the coffee machine only worked using the bathroom outlet, there were a few stains on the mattress topper, heard noises throughout the night and thought someone was trying to break in the room multiple times (even though no one was). Breakfast was okay. ”
