”Hotellin henkilökunta todella mukavaa ja avuliasta, siisteystaso oli hyvä, kattoterassin allasalue oli hyvä ja rauhallinen ainakin aamuaikaan. Otimme ensiksi kolme yötä, mutta sen jälkeen päätimme jatkaa majoittumista vielä seuraavat kolme yötä. Hotelliin onnistui kirjautua sisään kello kolmelta yöllä, mikä oli iso plussa. The people who worked there were great and nice and it was such a relief to us to know some of the staff speaks English. When we asked questions or wanted help, they were ready to help us. ”Wife and i had an absolutely perfect experience here. VERY clean, staff is happy and eager to help you, very classy and comfortable place. Great breakfast buffet with both indoor and outdoor seating, phenomenal italian restaurant on the roof with an amazing view of Izmir, and an awesome pool area. Pool is big, clean, and the staff was on point with their service. This is my new favorite place to vacation and we will be back next year! Thank you all at the Swissotel izmir!”
”The staff was always courteous and helpful. When I phoned with a question the receptionist couldn't readily answer, she called me back 5 minutes later after researching it for me.
The view from the seafront room was incredible.
The bed is very soft, which I like, but not everyone agrees. There are no loud social spots near the hotel to cause a disturbance, but the elevator is slightly audible from within the room, but that didn't bother me at all either.

”The hotel is new, so the facilities are intact. Howeger, managers of the hotel we're not helpful and friendly when we needed to solve an issue: a light blue dress got rust dots from the hungers. We asked for a reimbursement but they refused to compensate. Also, pillows were extremely large, and once again hotel management refused to help us by finding smaller pillows, so we couldn't sleep properly for 3 nights. The best parts of the whole stay were a friendly girl at the reception and a waiter...
