”Pictures are completely false, they are from a sister property by the same owner
This property is above a burger king, with a tony, dim lobby and uncaring staff.
Elevators are dark and dirty
Rooms are disgusting and smelly and towels and sheets ate so bad, no even worth touching
Nothing about the propety description matches reality
Expedia should really ban this propery from thier listings
We paid upfront and the were shown these rooms
We had to leave because we were afraid of catching...

”Booming music through the window. I asked to change the room, the duty manager at night gave me the room that was “good enough” but I could still hear. The duty manager during the day was very helpful. Compared to other hotels I have stayed in India so far, it is very good and heaven compared to the mess outside. However not up to the standard of some European or Japanese hotels.”

”I stayed here from November 4th to 6th, 2026. It was my first solo trip to India, and I was a little anxious, but the staff were all incredibly kind, and I had no problems at all. The room was very clean, and all the other guests were also very nice. I would definitely like to stay here again the next time I go to India. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Agra!”

”The staff members were kind, giving us free water bottles. But the room was really dirty, noisy, the AC worked partially, the area was not reccomendable. The pictures on the booking webside did not look like the room itself, as the room was terrible and dirty. Don’t reccomend it!”

”Very bad . Avoid to visit this "hotel" . They are thieves and charging a lot of money for dirty room (bed sheets , bathroom )which is total differnt than fotos .also a lot of crowd from the road. Holes on the walls ,not hair dryer . We stayed only for one night and didnt use the bathroom cause it was very dirty. everything was really bad . Its very bad for hotels platform to have this hotel in them platform. Normally is for full refund cause i m good client in this platform”
