We are just 800 meters from the beach, easily reached with a pleasant walk, and only a short drive from the majestic Valley of the Temples and Villaggio Mosè, where you will find shopping centers and supermarkets.

The villa features a large flowered garden, perfect for relaxing in complete privacy. The spacious, naturally cool porch is ideal for outdoor dining, even on the hottest summer days. For extra comfort, the house is equipped with air conditioning, but you can also enjoy a natural coolness that is quite rare in Sicily.

Inside the apartment, you will find a comfortable living room with stereo and TV, and a kitchen with dining area. The villa apartment offers two bedrooms: a double room with en-suite bathroom and a kids’ room with bunk bed and single bed, plus a second bathroom. For your convenience, there is an outdoor shower with hot water, perfect for refreshing after a day at the beach. The porch has some children’s games, like a trampoline, for little ones to enjoy under adult supervision.
