Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the host ultimately stated that the hot water system was broken and could not be repaired over the weekend. After we requested a credit/refund for the issue, which host underplayed as an “inconvenience” in his apology did not respond to the call or voicemail and only later mentioned that a propane technician would refill the tank. ”Our stay couldn’t be more perfect. Everything was just as described and we had a wonderful time enjoying the house, the hot tub, and the gorgeous view and agave farm. The house had wonderful thoughtful touches throughout, and Stephanie and John were very attentive and helpful. We’d definitely stay again!”

”The owner answered and responded quickly to the issues we had, I’ll say that first. However, I did not see no AC my bad! I would suggest earplugs for the fan in the bedroom. We left the windows open and blinds drawn so you get a breeze. There is no outside patio or chairs, the yard is unpleasant to look at. They did bring 2 chairs to sit outside pretty quickly the first day! We stayed 4 nites, we saw a few ants by the door the 2nd day and by the 3rd day they were all over the kitchen! The owner...
