As a first-time visitor to the area, I expected at least a general location or address ahead of time so I could plan my trip and know where I was heading. Unfortunately, the hosts refused to provide any address until right before check-in at 3PM. While I understand safety and privacy concerns, not giving guests any sense of location in advance makes it very difficult to plan, especially when traveling to an unfamiliar city. ”Very close to kings canyon NP. Hard to find such cheap place with private bath so close to the NP. These are really big houses split into smaller hotel-like rooms. Check Expedia messages on the day of arrival for details, as it took us quite some time to find the right door in the dark when we arrived as we had no cell connection thru the day in Sequoia.
