”I wanted to love this place but was sadly disappointed. I appreciate the effort, some really cool furniture, the woods were beautiful. But the door didnt lock, i didn’t feel very secure sleeping there with kids. The composting toilet was not exactly what i was expecting…it WAS a composting toilet but essentially it was going into a garbage bag. The wood stove worked nicely but the wood burned very quick and went out as you sleep so unless you add it all night you wake up cold. The bed had a kids...

”The location is great. It is the second house back from the boardwalk and you can see and hear the ocean from the balconies. You can also hear it all night if you leave the screen door open, which is dreamy, let's face it. It is also far enough down from the melee that is the bars and restaurants for the whipper snapper partier crews so that you don't have to be in that scene if you don't want to. But it's also close enough that you can join in if that's your vibe. The kitchen is well stocked....

”We did not use the hot tub so I'm not sure about the temperature. But the laundry and cleanliness was excellent. The manager answered my questions really quickly. Anything we needed from the house was provided. It was a great stay with good entertainment and excellent shower pressure and water. The bags are comfortable and clean. Everything truly was great. no issues.”

”To be kind , this place needs some tlc . Let’s start with no number on the house . So you have to guess which house you are staying in . Then there is a rusty front door and tape over electric outlets . It’s. Total lack of attention and no caring about your guests experience . I didn’t even stay the night . Left and got another place .”

”Overall our stay was amazing. 15 minute walk from the front door to the entrance of both Disney parks was such a plus. Rooms were big and had what we needed. The house overall could definitely have been cleaner - used coffee filter in the coffee maker, weird tape over one of the lights above the bed. The kids stuff was so convenient, though they also could definitely have been cleaned much better.Overall the property was great and we would sta again!”
