”The cottage is exactly as described and photographed. Very clean and comfortable. The little patio was perfect to chill on and BBQ. Easy 30-ish min drive to the South Entrance of the Park.But the best part is the creek! Pictures don’t do it justice. Right in the backyard and lots of smooth, flat boulders to sunbathe on, but uniquely accommodating to hang out IN. There were several shallow and calm pools with sandy bottoms which was perfect for our 2 year old boxer to learn how to swim. The...

”The absolute PERFECT place to stay for your trip to Yosemite! 30 minutes from Yosemite Valley, 30 minutes from Glacier Point, and 30 minutes from Mariposa Grove; Everything you want to see without the crowds, Yosemite West is more than ideal! ”My wife, my son and I stayed at the cottage during our recent Yosemite trip. It was lovely. The property is so peaceful. It's little bit of a drive from Mariposa (took us 15 minutes) but was worth it for the privacy and wonderful views. The property had lots of little touches we appreciated. The hosts were amazing and communicated proactively before and through the stay.”

”The house is very comfortable and the host immediately answered the few questions we had. The house is well-situated for visiting Yosemite and other sites in the area. There are ample supplies and they even left us some eggs from their chickens!”

”Property was conveniently located to Yosemite and in a quiet and pretty area. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The barbecue grill was really nice! The AC kept the main living area cool when it was on. I had not experienced the restrictions on using laundry at only certain times during stays at other California properties but we made it work and I was glad to have a laundry facility. Our family enjoyed being closed to Yosemite. ”

”Communication with property mgmt. was excellent. Very helpful and pleasant people. Place was in the middle of town and walking distance of shops and restaurants. Amenities were all there though not enough time to have use them (our days were long visiting Yosemite) even a dog bed and treats in case you bring your furry family member, which my girls thought was sweet ) overall, place was an excellent choice.”
