”This is a great value for the price, especially for a two-bedroom ADU in Redwood City. The space is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed — plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, an induction burner, coffee maker with coffee, creamer & sugar, and a large dorm-style fridge, which worked well for everyday meals. ”Freya's place was a perfect location for the things we wanted to do. We had a rental car for our entire SF stay and made trips up to Muir Woods and Tiburon, into GG Park and the Haight several times, and down the coastal road to Stanford. Well located for all. The neighborhood is quiet and there are great little Cantonese restaurants and a Safeway within walking distance. Freya is super helpful and I highly recommend this location ”

”It is very clear the owner does not put much into this property or care how it looks. A kitchen cabinet was literally hanging off the hinges, coffee table completely stained as well as the kitchen table. The shower door would not close. Our car did not fit in the garage due to the washer and dryer. He offered to refund us if we left now -late in the evening after traveling all day. we went for a family funeral and did not have time to search for a new place. I would not recommend this place.”

”It’s not as nice as the photos. It’s tired and definitely not air conditioned. We went in the middle of July and it was so hot and miserable to be in a hot old home with no air conditioning. To top it off owner lives in 3rd bedroom of home and demands to keep right side of driveway clear for them to park. Meanwhile the garage is locked off, and the 3rd bedroom in the middle of the house and the back yard are locked off from any usage.. so all you get is 2 beds in a hot tired, dated home. ...

”Such a fun spot to stay for our family vaca to San Fran! Short drive into the city. Picked this place because it had two full bathrooms! Our kids were obsessed with the bidet toilets. There’s a fun trail to hike up and look over South San Francisco. The place is charming, clean, and tech friendly. Edmund was quick to respond with any and all questions and concerns. 10/10 would stay again! ”
