”This property is located in one of the most chaotic and dangerous areas of San Francisco. On our first day driving to the property, we saw couple of homeless people along the street, which made us feel very uneasy. The property is a semi-basement apartment with poor lighting and ventilation. There's no dishwasher, which is inconvenient.
