”Great views. Lovely staff, but not a great neighborhood to stay in. Too many homeless. Restaurants close between 2 pm and 5 pm at night. Unit is dated”

”Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold.”

”Everything was outstanding”

”New, nice property. Integrated with a large shopping complex, so parking can be a challenge but there are reserved spaces for hotel guests. Breakfast was really good. Difficult AC controls in the room / wouldn’t hold desired temperature.”

”So convenient for shopping, eating. Great for family. Room amenities were limited. I broke a fingernail and asked front desk for an emery board; none. But, there is a convenience store in the lobby and so i was able to buy an expensive emery board. If I wasn’t so lazy i could have walked to the mall 5 minutes away and gone to Target or Long’s for amenities.”

”The room was clean but there were roaches. My daughter's room even had them crawl on her bed. The great thing is the location. Parking is valet only at 65 a night. I don't think I'd stay here again. Also the room looked nothing like the pictures”

The staff and locals were friendly and helpful whenever I needed directions or recommendations. For future travelers, I recommend planning transportation ahead of time, especially during busy travel periods. Arriving early for popular attractions can help avoid long lines and provide a more enjoyable experience....

”Way to much for parking”

”Front desk lacked customer service Ignored customer service when I was checking in, gave me a bad view from my unit (I knew there were other similar units with better views available and was not asked for a preference) Also, when I inquiry about the properties services per answers were unpleasant as if she was bothered by me asking”

”The room was quite dirty and worn down. Towels very dirty too. Lots of traffic noises . The hotel looked better in photos. Staff was nice.”

”Zimmer großzügig, Balkon zur Straße durch Geräuschkulisse nicht wirklich nutzbar. Aufzuggeräuschr extrem störend, selbst im Zimmer weit weg davon. Pool angenehm.”

”Oasis in the middle of Waikiki! Location is the best you can get in Waikiki. The hotel and the rooms are top notch classy in every detail with a beach house vibe. We had a premium room with Diamond Head view on the 15th floor with a huge terrace I will miss forever. The property is very well maintained and service is immaculate. Do not look further, this is the place to be in Honolulu! ”

”This was the best family stay that we’ve ever had. The staff is so nice. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and they prepared a nice welcome with drinks and chocolate. The Free Breakfast was so nice, and we ended up saving a lot of money by cooking simple meals in the kitchen in our room.”
