Inside, the bright living space includes two sofa beds and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals and enjoying slow, relaxed mornings. The charming wooden attic bedroom, furnished with a comfortable double bed, offers beautiful mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere for restful nights.

Outdoors, guests can unwind in the private garden, enjoy meals in the furnished patio area, or relax in the hammock beneath the trees, fully immersed in nature.

Private parking for up to two cars is available on the property, ensuring a convenient and stress-free stay.

Itia Beach (6 km) is smaller and quieter, ideal for sunset views, while Akolis Beach (10 km) is a long, spacious beach with plenty of options, great for families.

For daily needs, the closest supermarket is 3.5 km away in Kamares, where you’ll also find a bakery and a café. There are several tavernas and local restaurants in the surrounding area as well.

The seaside village of Loggos (5 km) offers many dining and café options right by the water. For a wider selection of shops and services, Aigio is 12 km away, while the city of Patra is about 35 km away.

The property can be reached by traveling to Patra or Aigio by KTEL bus or train. From either location, there is a local bus connection to Kamares, which is about 3 km from the property.

For added flexibility and ease, having a car is recommended, especially for exploring nearby beaches, villages, and nature spots.



Other Things to Note:

The owner sometimes resides on the property in a separate unit and is very respectful of guests’ privacy. They’re also happy to help with anything you might need or share local tips. A small, friendly dog lives with them and may say hello during your stay, always glad to meet new people. While the property is pet-friendly, guests are kindly asked to notify us in advance if they plan to travel with a pet.
