”Towel and Bed sheet to be more organised and better standard. Gate door, common toilet door lock and common toilet seat are very poor and inconvenient. The rest are acceptable. Not considering for next stay. ”

”Basic but comfortable and clean. This could be a great place to stay if you have business nearby but there wouldn't be much reason to stay in this residential area otherwise. I suggest accepting airport pick up. It is not easy to find the place. Taxi driver couldn't find it and people in the neighbourhood weren't aware of it. The person who was supposed to meet us didn't answer the phone so it took a long time to get into the building.”

”Improve the conditioner room”

”We were staying here couple of nights with kids. First of all this is quite far from downtown so it is not walkable distance. When we got our room and we opened door there came this moldy warm really bad smell from the room. Room carpet was bumpy and dirty. Beds were quite ok. A/C was noisier than tv. It was not properly bulted to wall. This tower b might have been nice 20 - 30 years ago but not any more. Swimming pool water was yellow. We have been in many hotels and we are not looking for...

”Hotel staff were polite and very helpful! My room was one king bed and one single bed. It was super comfy! The bed doesnt look like budget hotel bed at all! The room is very spacious and clean as well. It has both ceiling fan and aircond. It takes time for the aircond to be cold but that isn't a problem at all! Everything was super duper good for me. The location of the hotel is at the centre of Kuching. Very strategic! I will definitely come back! Thank you so much Abell Residences! :) ”
