”Au vue du prix je m'attendais à un service luxueux. Au final, rien n'est inclus dans le prix : pas de shampoing / gel douche. Pas de cocktail de Bienvenue. Petit déjeuner avec seulement des viennoiseries et une machine Nespresso. Chambre avec baignoire immense difficile à paramétrer. Bruit de la route dans la chambre, obligée de fermer les rideaux pour pas qu'on nous voit. Bref, je suis très déçue car j'ai payé le prix d'un hotel 5 étoiles ! ⭐️ ”

”Nice staff and tidy Place, but the location didn't work for us. Too far from the city and the ongoing roadwork didn't help. The WiFi was terrible! ”This is an incredible incredible place to stay. The staff were incredible and helpful, the location is stunning and very peaceful, the grounds were like being in a dream. There are so many relaxing activities you can partake in there that are basically included with your stay. The rooms are large and the bathroom was massive! I would return 1000%”

”Too many issues for a 4 star hotel Misleading info - 1 free beverage per person was a bottle of tap water - AC couldn't manage to cool the room, thermostat showed 25 C even with full fan and outside temperature in mid 20 C - Room has a fridge but is connected on request!? I had to wait 5 hours for somebody to come to the room and power it on, after I called several times Annoyances - the AC fan was blowing air straight on the bed - room doesn't have Do not disturb signs. The personnel entered...

”Do not even think about booking a room there. My room was not cleaned fo 5 days and when I asked for some toilet papers (as I ran out) they just changed the sheet but did not clean the bathroom, did not empty any trash and just removed the towels (without putting new ones) and of course I was still out of toilet paper. When I complained to the manager her answer was it is not my fault, I did ask the cleaning lady to do it. Another night there was a party in the room below blasting music at 2:00...
