”My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Des Moines Airport. The facility and our room was clean. The staff was friendly throughout our stay and a shuttle was provided to and from the airport which made it even more convenient. I would definitely stay again if I returned to Iowa.”

”We had to leave before they served breakfast and the young lady at checkout, Jaya, said they would have muffins, bagels and granola bars to grab on the way out. They did not and the individual at the front desk said she had no idea why Jaya would say that🙁and that the owner would not allow it.”

”When I checked into the hotel, they told me a hold deposit is required for incidental and it would be refunded within a few days. I didn't get the refund after 4 days and was also charged another deposit. Both charges were already posted to my credit card account within 2 days of my stay instead of in pending status. I called the hotel about the charges and they just told me to wait a few more days. On the 5th day, the charges were still not refunded so I had to call my credit card company to...

”A front receptionist was repeatedly rude to the customers she managed over the phone. She was argumentative and denigrated her customers on the phone….including me. She argued with how I made my reservation - a phone call to Hilton reservations- she stated was made through a third party. That sort of rudeness required a re-think of her people-facing role. She became frustrated, her voices was raised, argumentative and simply rude. Never should she have access to customers. ”
