Minuses: Breakfast was OK; a little better than a Hampton Inn. And the TV’s need to be upgraded to streaming-capable.

”This was a lovely hotel, very close to the Skywalk, which is an amazing walking network, connecting much of the downtown area - safe, secure, and climate controlled. I was in a tournament at the Iowa Events Center and it was an easy 15 minute walk - no car, no hassle!

”Everything was very nice. There was some cosmetic issues in the bathroom specifically the sink area, chips and etc, also the kitchen area had the same problem. You need to do some fixing on the counter tops. There were no silverware in the kitchen. Only dinnerware. The pool was very nice. The staff was great. Would definitely stay again.”

”I rarely write reviews for hotels, but for a first time stay, I was quite impressed with the hotel and beauty of both the outside and inside, the friendly staff and the convenience and location. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the lobby and bar area are very modern and charming. Highly recommended! ”
