”Checked in after a long time of driving, my bed didn’t even have a blanket on it and it had a dirty sheet. The pillowcases were clearly reused. ”The Queen beds were comfortable, the pillows were AMAZING! The hostess checking us in was so helpful, polite, and shared everything the hotel has to offer. My kids loved the pool! The breakfast was wonderful. We appreciated that it started at 6:00am and the staff member working the breakfast room was so kind and personable. The kids enjoyed the game room! We will definitely be staying again and recommending to others. This is the hotel to stay at if you are in Des Moines.!!”

There was food in the fridge left by the previous guests, tabs from cans on the floor and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty and the bed was really noisy so when people moved, you heard it. I didn’t have an issue with parking but their ramp got full so other people had to find alternative parking.”
